Man arrested for impersonating an officer

The Lavaca County Sheriff's office and the Hallettsville Police Department arrested a man Wednesday morning, Sept. 17 on several charges.

According to a LCSO social media post, Trey Lynn Buckley of Schertz was taken into custody for impersonating a public servant.

Buckley was also charged with unlawfully carrying a weapon and tampering with a government record.
