Shiner Masonic Lodge donates gift bags

The Shiner Masonic Lodge #1065 recently presented Fantastic Teeth Fan Club gift bags to the elementary students at Providence Christian Academy.

Gaslight Theatre receives donation from Don G. Kaspar Foundation

The Gaslight Theatre was a recent recipient of $25,000 from the Don G. Kaspar Foundation to update their stage lighting with energy efficient, LED lighting. As one of the many non-profit organizations in the area to receive financial support from the Don G.

Lavaca County 4-H members display nutrition knowledge at county competitions

Twenty Lavaca County 4-H members competed in the Lavaca County 4-H Foods and Nutrition Project competitions held in the cafeteria of Moulton Elementary on Saturday, Oct. 22.

Shiner Rotary Club holding Election Day pancake breakfast

The Shiner Rotary Club is getting ready for another Election Day Pancake breakfast on Tuesday, November 8 from 6:30 - 8 a.m. at the Shiner Methodist Church Activity Center. Breakfast will include pancakes, sausage, juice and coffee for $5. You may dine in or take your plate to go.
