City Manager Mitchell resigns, Matusek takes over

Yoakum City Manager Michael Mitchell tendered his resignation on Monday, Aug. 24.
Yoakum Mayor Carl O’ Neill said this resignation was unexpected and he first learned that he aimed to submit his resignation that day.
