Shiner softball: Chrismon plays in six games for Nelson University for 2026 (Web only)

    Shiner 2025grad  Dyllan Chrismon saw action in half a dozen games for Nelson University softball team during the 2026 season.
    Her first action came in a 10-5 loss to LSU-Alexandria In Pineville, La., Jan. 29 where she pitched 2/3 innings with one walk, three batters faced and 12 pitches. In the field, she had one stolen base allowed. Chrismon worked one inning Jan. 30 against Central Baptist (Ark) with one hit, four batters faced and 10 pitches as Nelson came up short 3-0.
    Later that day in a 12-1 loss to Embry-Riddle (Ariz.), she pitched  1 2/3 innings with five hits, five runs, three earned runs, one double, two triples, 10 batters faced, 33 pitched, took her one and only loss of the season and a 12.60 Earned Run Average (ERA). In in the field, she allowed two stolen bases and caught one runner stealing.
    Chrismon worked 2 2/3 innings in a 10-0 NU loss to Oklahoma City University in the first game of a four-game series and first game of a doubleheader. on March 27 with seven hits, one run, one earned run, two walks, one home run, one batter hit, 14 batters faced, 38 pitches and 2.62 ERA. She allowed one stolen base.
    The next day, NU fell to OCU 14-0 in the third game of a series and opener of a doubleheader and she pitched one inning with five hits, three runs, three earned runs, three doubles, two batters hit, nine batters faced, 24 pitches and 21.0 ERA.
    Her last action came April 10 in a 9-0 loss to University of Science and Arts (Okla.) in the second game of a four-game series and the closer of a doubleheader,  where she pitched one inning, one hit, two runs, two earned runs, one home run, five batters faced, 16 pitched and 14.00 ERA.
    Chrismon’s pitching totals was eight innings pitched, 19 hits, 11 runs, nine earned runs, three walks, four doubles, two triples, two home runs, three batters hit by pitch, 45 batters faced, 133 pitches , a record of 0-1 and 7.88 ERA for the season in six appearances.
    In the field, she allowed four stolen bases and caught two runners stealing.
