THE HEART OF LMC Lavaca Medical Center Employee of the Quarter
Body
The Heart of LMC Employee of the Quarter program was started in
2018 and recognizes Lavaca Medical Center employees who provide
service “above and beyond” their normal job requirements.
LMC wishes to recognize and reward those chosen as The Heart
of LMC for their exceptional service and/or achievement and to
encourage consistent, professional service. Any employee, in good
standing, is eligible for nomination, and may be nominated by any
fellow LMC employee.
The Employee of the Quarter for the 1st Quarter of 2022 Is Frances
Michalec. Frances is a phlebotomist in the Laboratory Department
at LMC.
Lavaca Medical Center congratulates and thanks Frances for her
continued dedication to excellence at Lavaca Medical Center.
