Kloesel convicted of injury toward elderly

A Lavaca County jury convicted Amy Kloesel this week of injury to an elderly person and attempted interference with child custody.

This follows a four-day trial in the 25th Judicial District Court which Judge William D. Old III presided over beginning last Monday and concluding last Wednesday. Assistant County Attorneys Matthew Jirkovsky and Benjamin Gray prosecuted the case.
