Lavaca County Deputy assists in traffic stop

A Lavaca County deputy conducted a traffic stop which led to an individual being reported as unlawfully present in the United States in Fayette County Oct. 8. The deputy was participating in a joint highway interdiction operation with the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office.
