LCSO warns residents of scammers

A reoccurring fraud scheme has once again rose up and is targeting Lavaca County residents.

The Lavaca County Sheriff ’s Office is warning citizens of scammers which will advise them that they have a warrant for their arrest. This type of fraud has been happening for several years according to Shiner Police Chief Wayne Denson.
