Medina-Montero pleads guilty

A Lavaca County man who pled guilty to intoxication manslaughter was sentenced to 20 years in prison following a contested sentencing hearing in Gonzales District Court.

This sentencing was in connection with a crash which occurred in December 2025 that killed a 75-year-old Waelder man.
