Shiner youth presented Junior Life Saver Award

The Lavaca County Commissioners’ Court met in a regular meeting Monday morning and began the meeting presenting Wyatt Kaspar with a Junior Life Saver Award.

Lavaca County EMS chief Michael Furrh told the court young Kaspar, who is 10-years old, acted bravely during an emergency medical incident his mother experienced recently.
