Tri-County umpires to hold Texas Official’s Day celebration Sunday

The annual Tri County Umpires Association, in conjunction with the K. Spoetzl Brewery and Distillery in Shiner will hold a Texas Official’s Day celebration at the brewery 1-5 p.m. June 28.
