Hajek convicted

A Lavaca County jury convicted Donald Wayne Hajek of indecency with a child by contact following a three-day trial and assessed punishment at 10 years in prison with a recommendation for probation, according to the Lavaca County Attorney’s Office.
This stemmed from an offense which occurred in April of 2023. The jury convicted him of rubbing the breast of a child under 17 years of age.
