Ellorine Emily Knape, 97, of Yoakum, went to meet her Lord, Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2023 surrounded by her loved ones.  She was born Oct. 22, 1926 in Moulton to Gustav Gummelt and Emily Christine (Kaase) Gummelt. Most knew her as “Renie”.

Annette Lynn Technik

Annette Lynn Technik, 59, of Moulton, passed away Sunday, Nov. 5, 2023.  She was born Aug. 30, 1964 in Richmond to Edward and Louise (Owczarak) Sulak. Annette graduated from El Campo High School in 1982 and went on to become a LVN nurse.

Billy Ray Winkenwerder

Billy Ray Winkenwerder, 79, of Shiner, passed away Saturday, November 11, 2023. A celebration of life will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 14 at the United Dr. Martin Luther Evangelical Church, with Pastor Chris Heinold presiding.  He was born on February 13, 1944 to Victor Sr.

Carolyn Schroeder, 75, of Shiner, passed away Thursday, October 19, 2023. Carolyn was born September 19, 1948, in Shiner, to William and Annie Vincik Schroeder. Carolyn was a member of the United Evangelical Lutheran Dr.

Ray Michalec

Ray Michalec, 70, of Shiner, passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2023. A rosary was recited at 6 p.m. Friday, October 20 at Thiele-Cooper Funeral Home. Funeral Mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 21 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Moulton, with the Rev. Gabriel Maison officiating.

Stacy Huser, 86, of Seguin, passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2023. She was born on April 11, 1937 in Shiner, to Ludwig and Natalia Caka. She was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Huser Sr.; her parents; and sisters, Angeline Petru and Frances Randow.

Lucille “Lucy” Ann Schoenfeld, 105, of Moulton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 11, 2023. Lucy was born on January 7, 1918 in Moulton, to Frank J. and Frances Kahanek Darilek.

Sharon Ruth Grahmann passed away peacefully Sunday, Oct. 8, 2023. She was born in Yoakum on Aug. 5, 1944 to Ruth and Lawrence Grubert. She was preceded in death by her parents, and granddaughter, Cecilia Grahmann.

Henry Pesek

Henry Pesek of Shiner, 82, passed away on Saturday, October 14, 2023. He was born on October 25, 1940, in Wied to Rudolph and Henrietta Pesek. He was the fourth child and eldest boy out of twelve siblings. He married Patricia Henkhaus of Shiner in June of 1963.
