SEGUIN – Elena Grahmann had another good day at the TAPPS South Regional Track Meet at Matador Stadium Friday.

The Indians finished third in the meet. St. Paul won first and Bryan St. Joseph second.

Grahmann won the long jump, triple jump and ran a leg on three relays. She had a personal best of 36 feet, 2.25 inches in the triple jump and went 17 feet and a half inch in the long jump.

With the top four finishers going to the State Meet this weekend at Midway High School, the Indianettes qualified all three relays and in three events for the State Meet at Midway High School this weekend.

The Indianettes’ 4x200 relay was first in 1:54.00 with the foursome consisting of Grahmann, Hallie Taylor, Karley Kostelnik and Rylan Dworsky.

The 4x100 relay was second with a time of 53.13 seconds and was made up of Ella Demel, Hallie Taylor, Kenzie Chance and Grahmann and turned in a time of 53.13 seconds.

Grahmann, Kostelnik, Dworsky and Emma Schmidt ran a time of 4:22.71 in the 4x400 relay and second place.

Demel was third in the 100-meter hurdles in 17.60 seconds.

Chance was fifth in the 100 (13.65), Dworsky 7th in the triple jump (32.8.75) and Kostelnik 6th in the 200 (29.50).
