Indians open season with Eagles

The Sacred Heart Indians will open the 2026 season when they host Boerne Geneva here Friday at 7 p.m.The schools were in the same district together in 2016-2017 and the Eagles won both games.The Indians will face a good aerial game.

Indians begin practice

Sacred Heart began practice with 26 players Monday morning, two less than last year,Head coach Rodney Dowell will have to replace linemen with Tatum Beach and Brennon Ralston returning.Linebackers Wyatt Matura and Arlen Henke are mainstays on defense.The first day went really well.
