Moravia Ascension Parish Picnic July 20

The annual Moravia Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church picnic will take place Sunday, July 20 with all activities to be held on the Moravia Parish picnic grounds.

The traditional picnic dinner meal consisting of stew, kettle fried chicken and trimmings will be served starting at 11 a.m.

Also, drive-thruplates to go will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. All plates are $14 each.

The picnic will include a number of activities including bingo, a cake walk, country store and other games throughout the day.

The annual auction sale will start at 1 p.m. under the pavilion and hamburgers as well as cold refreshments will be available throughout the day.

The picnic is held on the parish grounds located at FM 957 and FM 532 in Moravia.
