Paper’s release Christmas/New Year’s printing schedule

Christmas and New Year’s paper printing week is coming soon and the Hallettsville Publishing Co. wishes to announce that its Lavaca County paper’s the Hallettsville Tribune Herald, Yoakum Herald-Times, Shiner Gazette and Moulton Eagle will be printing one day earlier during those two weeks.

The deadline for turning in news items and advertisements for the four papers for the Christmas week will be 3 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 18.

During the Christmas week, the papers will be sent to the printer on Monday afternoon, Dec. 22, and will be mailed and available at the newsstands on Tuesday, Dec. 23.

The same format will follow for the New Year’s week with the deadline for submitting news items and advertising at 12 noon on Friday, Dec. 26.
