Primary Runoff Election Today, May 24
The 2022 Gubernatorial Primary Runoff Election Day is Tuesday, May 24.
Voters who participated in the March 1 Gubernatorial Primary Elections may only participate in the runoff election for the same party; otherwise, registered voters can cast their ballots for either runoff election. Qualified voters can vote in favor of all candidates in the Nov. 8 general election regardless of primary election participation.
Election Day voting on May 24 will be open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. in both Lavaca and DeWitt Counties.
DeWitt County voters can participate in county-wide polling on election day at any open polling locations: Cuero Regional Hospital Education Classroom, Harry O. Gibson Center, St. Paul Lutheran Church and St. John Lutheran Church.
