Search warrant results in Moulton man being charged with drug possession

According to a press release from the Fayette County Sheriff’s office, that department’s Narcotics Unit recently executed a search warrant in the Praha area that resulted in the arrest of Dennis Fojtik, 31, of Moulton.

The operation, carried out early Friday morning (May 9) on a residence in the 1300 block of FM 1295, yielded evidence of the transportation, use, and sale of narcotics. Approximately 1.5 ounces of Methamphetamine was seized from the residence.

Fojtik was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance. Felony charges are pending against four other individuals who were found in the residence.
