Brahmas 52, Flatonia 47

Hallettsville won its season opener, 52-47, over Flatonia here Friday.

Flatonia led 30-29 at the half prior to Hallettsville winning the third and fourth quarters and out-scoring the Bulldogs 23-17 in the second half.

Shane Migura scored a game-high 18 points, nailing 4 of 10 three-point shots and was 10 for 22 from the field.

The Brahmas were 5 for 10 from the field line and the Bulldogs 12 for 28.
