Brahmas, Lady Brahmas honored
Hallettsville athletes were honored at the Sports Award Banquet held at the KC Hall Sunday evening.
Alaina Halata was named Lady Brahma of the Year and Jorian Wilson and Aiden Drozd Brahmas of the Year.
Austin Henrichs and Kenedy Wood were given the Fighting Heart Award.
The following won MVP awards:
Cross Country - Elizabeth Felcman and Landen Bone.
Volleyball -Alaina Halata offensive MVP in volleyball, Kasey Harper offense and Hanna Zachary, defense volleyball.
Football - Aiden Drozd overall MVP, Mycole Pegoda offense, Kyle Sevcik Lineman of the Year, Carter Blaha and Matthew Montgomery co-MVP defense.
Basketball - Co-MVPs Alaina Halata and Kasey Harper; Jorian Wilson MVP, Shane Migura offense, Chaseton Ford, defense.
Softball - Grace Halata, defense and Hanna Zachary offense.
Tennis - Natalie Sandelovic and James Evans.
Power lifting - Aiden Drozd, Abree DeLeon and Sierra Chapa.
Track and field - Kenedy Wood, Danna Jansky, Mycole Pegoda, Caden Willis, Colt Edmonds Shane Migura, Aiden Drozd.
Soccer - Fernando Hernandez, Joseph Reyes Avery Woodring, Kaisly Bludau, Kennedy Adams.
Golf - Eli Ferguson and Brailey Gohlke.
