Evelyn Alexa Technik

Evelyn Alexa Technik, 91, of Moulton, passed away Friday, June 2, 2023.  

She was born in the Moulton area on Feb. 14, 1932, to Julius J. and Annie Holub Drozd. 

  On Nov. 6, 1955,  she married Linhart J. Technik in Moravia.  

 She was a member of Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church in Moravia.

Evelyn was a very kind and caring person. She loved her family with all of her heart, especially her great-grandchildren.

Evelyn is survived by her children, Ronald Technik and wife, Annette, and Sheryl Mikeska and husband, Mike; two granddaughters, Kari Stephens and husband, Josh and Ashley Kallus and husband, Wade; five great-grandchildren, Wyatt and Anniston Stephens, and Lynley, Kendis, and  Bowen Kallus.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband; Linhart; her parents, and sister, Irene Mary Barcak.

Visitation began at 9 a.m. Wednesday, June 7 at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church in Moravia. Rosary was recited at 10:30 a.m. 

Funeral Mass was celebrated at 11 a.m. at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church

Funeral Mass was celebrated at 11 a.m., Wednesday at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church. Father Michael Rother officiated. 

Pallbearers were Josh Stephens, Wade Kallus, Bob Technik, Allen Barcak, Ronnie Steffek, and Mark Miller. 

Honorary pallbearer was Lanny Jalufka.  

Burial followed at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Cemetery in Moravia.

Memorials may be made to  Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church in Moravia or a charity of donor's choice.
