Lillie Christine Migl Dornak

 Lillie Christine Migl Dornak, 99, of Robstown, was welcomed by our Lord and Savior on Thursday, Feb.  19, 2023.

 She was born to John Migl and Anastasia Koudelka Migl on July 5, 1923 in Praha.

On Oct. 13, 1947 she was united in marriage with Alois Dornak at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Praha. After their marriage they made their home in Praha for several years before to Robstown. 

Lillie was a Catholic and a member of St. Ann’s Altar Society and she loved flowers. Her favorite color was purple and she had a beautiful loving soul. Her family was blessed with many years of her love and memories.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Alois Dornak; her son, Anthony Dornak; three brothers, Frank Migl, Jerry Migl and George Migl, and sisters, Rosie Firasek, Sophie Migl, Annie Stryk and Agnes Migl. 

Lillie is survived by her children, Erwin Dornak; Glenn (the late Blanca) Dornak, Grace (the late Phil) Rogers; Chris (Tammy) Dornak, and Blaise Dornak. 

She will also be missed by her five grandchildren, two step-grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Visitation began at 5 p.m., followed by a Rosary at 7 p.m., Thursday, March 2 at Ramon Funeral Home Chapel in Robstown.  

Funeral Mass was celebrated at 11 a.m., Friday, March 3 at St. John’s Nepomucene Catholic Church in Robstown.

Burial followed at Memorial Park Cemetery in Robstown.

Pallbearers were Desmond Dornak, Wayne Todd, Jacob Spangenberg, Jon Stasa, Jake Jensen, Eric Browning.

Honorary pallbearers were Victor Vasquez, Marely Spangenberg, Wade Spangenberg, Liam Todd. 

Ramon Funeral Home in Robstown was in charge of arrangements.
