Michael Goode

 Michael Goode, 69, of Hallettsville, passed away Sunday,  April 2, 2023.  

He was born June 25, 1953 in Hallettsville to Curtis Goode Sr. and Henrietta Williams Goode.  

Michael served in the U.S. Army and was retired from the U.S.P.S. as a mail handler.  He was a member of St. Peters Baptist Church.

He is survived by one daughter; former wife; step-son; one sister; one brother; six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Dennis Goode and Curtis Goode Jr.

Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. and continue until 1 p.m. at St. Peter’s Baptist Church in Victoria, followed by funeral services at 1 p.m. 

Burial will follow at Good Hope Community Cemetery  in Hallettsville.
