Indians' numbers up
Sacred Heart head coach Alex Seydler had 39 players attend the first practice Monday morning, 15 more than last year.
“We had a great couple of days of practice so far.” Seydler said. “I’m excited to get things rolling.
“I am totally pumped that we had such a great turnout. Our program has a tremendous amount of momentum going. I am extremely grateful and thankful for new families who have chosen to join us. I am looking forward to the football season and the upcoming year in totality,” Seydler added.
The Indians will go out in pads for the first time Friday.
The Indians will visit Pettus for the first scrimmage Thursday, Aug. 15 at 6 p.m.
