Moulton cross country: Karsyn Blahuta, Ava Olivera get top five finishes in Schulenburg meet

The Moulton cross-country program competed in the Schulenburg meet on Thursday
Varsity Girls
The Kittens placed second with 60 points with two runners in the top 10..
Karsyn Blahuta led Moulton with third place in 14 minutes. 38 seconds and Ava Olivarez came in fifth in 14:55.
Mina Tinajero was No. 14 in 15:50, followed by Kate Mikulencak in 15:54. Addison Simper finished in 17:28 for No. 23.
Varsity Boys
Judson Anderle was the Katz’ top finisher with No. 20 in 21:33, followed by Bryan Fernandez in 22:19; Andrew Pierce was clocked at 24:01 for No. 28.
JV Girls
Marisol Manzano was second in 17:10, and behind her was Addyson Grieve (17:30) and Katie Richter (17:45).
JH Girls
Blakely Pilat was fourth in 14:53; Rena Pierce was timed at 15:41 for seventh. Kylar Mikulencak won  No. 13 in 16:20. Victoria Simper had. time of 17:48 for No. 28.
JH Boys
Hudson Colburn led Moulton with eighth place in 14:26. Nick Simper was No. 24 in 15:39; Lorenzo Tousek was No. 51 in 20:25
