Shiner girls basketball: Shiner girls win more hoops awards

    The Shiner Lady Comanches basketball team picked up several more postseason awards.
    Seniors Amelia Pohler, Aimee Mitchon, Brooke Palmer and Rylee Vancura were named to the Academic All-State teams for the Texas High School Coaches Association (THSCA) and for the Texas Girls Coaches Association (TGCA).
    Juniors Callie Sevcik and Morgan Lenehan won Texas Association of Basketball Coaches (TABC) All Region.
    Lenehan also picked up TABC All-State and TGCA All-State. 
    She was chosen to play in the TGCA All-Star game to be held in Arlington at the TGCA Clinic in late June.
