    The Shiner Junior High tennis team recently competed in the district tournament.  In girls 7th grade singles, Alexis Boedeker got first place and Bree Nitsch earned second place. In 7th boys singles, Wade Johnson earned third place. For 7th grade girls doubles, Lola Hornacky and Hailey Malina got first place with Eastyn Pohler and Kendyl Boehm winning second place. In 8th grade girls doubles, Tinsely Vasek and Savannah Durrett placed first while Blair Epley and Brynlee Langhoff.For 8th grade boys singles, Wyatt Wiederhold got second place and Jordayn Faldyn earned third place.
