Shiner softball: Lady Comanche trio win softball All-State awards

    Several members of the 2022-23 Shiner Lady Comanche softball team was picked for sports on the Blue Bell/Texas Sports Writers Association All-State 2A Team.
    Junior Rylee Vancura made First Team First Base; junior Paeden Vincik was chosen as Second Team Catcher and sophomore Brinley Ramirez made Third Team Second Base.
    The Lady Comanches placed second in district and fell in the regional final in three games to eventual state champions Weimar.
