Shiner softball: Lady Comanches rally to defeat Navarro 11-3
The Lady Comanches scored five runs in the seventh inning with a 6-3 lead at Navarro on Monday to pull away 11-3. The Lady Panthers led 2-0 after the first inning and Shiner scored three in the second box. Navarro knotted the game with a single run in fourth inning before Shiner took the lead for good with two runs in the fifth and one more in the sixth.
Rylee Vancura and Kailey Boedeker led the hitting attack, each going 2-for-4 with two runs, one RBI and one double.
Paden Vincik picked up the win in the circle as she went two innings with two runs on two hits, one batter hit, five walks and two strikeouts; Dyllan Chrismon pitched five squares, getting a save with one run on three hits, one batter, one walk and one strikeout.
Addy Siegel had five putouts and one assist in the field with Riley Rainosek getting five putouts.
