St. Paul athletics: Realignment- Cardinals baseball placed in 10-team district
The 2024-2026 alignments for each sport for St. Paul were released last November.
Some notable changes are the St. Paul baseball team will be part of a 10-team district that spans from Victoria to Waco; St. Paul football will be in a six-team district with schools in Temple and Houston.
Softball, basketball and volleyball changes include a couple of more schools from the San Antonio area.
Football
The Cardinals will again play Temple Central Texas Christian and Hallettsville Sacred Heart in Division IV and pickup Conroe Covenant Christian, Tomball Rose Hill Christian and Bryan Brazos Christian School.
Volleyball
The Lady Cardinals are in 2A, District 6 with Bulverde Bracken, Victoria Faith Academy, Hallettsville Sacred Heart and San Antonio Atonement Academy.
Basketball
The Lady Cardinals and Cardinals are in 2A-District 6 alongside Bulverde Bracken, Victoria Fatih Academy, Hallettsville Sacred Heart and San Antonio Atonement Academy.
Baseball
The Cardinals are in Division V, District 5 with Waco Bishop Reicher, Bulverde Bracken Christian, Victoria Faith Academy, San Marcos Hill Country Christian, Temple Holy Trinity, Hallettsville Sacred Heart, San Antonio Atonement Academy and Waco Valor Prep Academy.
