St. Paul cross country: Lady Cardinals add another state title to collection

The St. Paul Lady Cardinals cross-country team added another state title by taking the 2025 TAPPS 2A race with 41 points, nine better than 50 points by Valor Prepartory Academy (50).
Kristin Cerny was the top finisher for St. Paul with fifth place overall in 13 minutes, 35.92 seconds and Skylar Mozisek was also top 10 with seventh in 14:06.51. 
Emma Marshall was No. 19 in 15:05.37, followed by Riley Mozisek in 15:09.6.
Frances Filip was No. 22 in 15:12.42; Sally Machacek was clocked at 15:44.4 for No. 31 and Clara Kinney was No. 40 in 16:11.15.

The boys recorded 253 points for No. 11 overall.
Gabe Darilek got No. 22 in 19:31.78. Carter Chilek placed No. 65 with 21:48.95. Levi Morkovsky was No. 76 in 22:38.15.Tyler Pendley was timed at 22:51.48 for No. 80. Jacob Arriola placed No. 101 in 23:54.19.
