St. Paul golf: Lady Cardinals golf A team win home tournament
The St. Paul golf teams competed in the St. Paul Invitational in Gonzales on March 16.
Girls
The St. Paul A team placed first with a score of 373. Riley Mozisek was first medalist with 80; Faith Brown carded an 89 for second medalist. Reese Seibert and Audrey Thibodeaux each scored a 102 to tie for third medalist. Skylar Mozisek shot a 105 for sixth medalist.
The St. Paul B team placed second with 450.
Kylie Kelso scored a 104 for fifth medalist. Kenley Wyatt carded a 114 for eighth medalist. Emma Marshall had a 115 for ninth medalist. Lana Lucas won No. 10 medalist with 117 and Celestine Filip had a 156.
Other girls scores
Flatonia’s Tatum Bickly had a 107 for seventh medalist and Hailey Olivera carded a 124.
Boys
The Cardinals placed first with a team score of 388. Clay Watkins won first medalist with a 79; Levi Morkovsky was second medalist with 92; Rylan Jalufka got fifth medalist with 104; Michael DeSarro carded 113 for ninth medalist and Eli Barton scored 117.
The St. Paul B team scored 485 to place third.
Kash McNabb and Jacob Arriola each got 112 for sixth and seventh medalists respectively. Easton Jalfuka carded 125 and Robert Garrett shot a 136.
Other boys scores.
Flatonia boys team had 439 for second place.
Individually, Case Bowling shot a 97 for third medalist;Ethan Arnett had a 109 for eighth. Brayson Prihoda had a 113 for No. 10; Ben Kaufhold had a 120 and Abraham Saavedra had a 121.
Individual for Flatonia was Maverick Nieto who carded a 99 for fourth.
