St. Paul golf: SP girls golf regional champs; Cardinals come in third place

The St. Paul golf teams competed at district and regional meets in recent weeks and were set to play at state on Monday and Tuesday of this week.
Girls
The Lady Cardinals golf team won the regional meet by shooting 381.
Riley Mozisek shot an 83 and was first individual medalist.
Faith Brown carded an 87 for third medalist.
Skylar Mozisek scored a 100 for seventh medalist. Reese Seibert had a 111 and Kylie Kelso had a 114.
The Lady Cardinals won district with a team score of 405,
Riley Mozisek had a 91; Brown carded a 94; Skylar Mozisek scored 101; Kelso finished with a 109.
Reese Chilek scored a 117; Audrey Thibodeaux recorded a 129 and Lana Lucas had a 133
Boys
The Cardinals shot a 374 for third place at regionals.
Clay Watkins scored an 82 and was fifth medalist. Levi Morkovsky shot a 94; Michael DeSarro had a 98; Rylan Jalufka booked a 100 and Eli Barton shot a 123.
At district, the Cardinals shot a 400 to place runner up.
Watkins was the leading golfer with a 92; Morkovsky shot a 95; DeSarro had a 104; Jalufka carded a 108.
Kash McNabb had a 110 and Jacob Arriola shot a 116. Barton carded a 139.
