St. Paul golf: STATE CHAMPS! Lady Cards win state golf title; boys 7th

The Lady Cardinals captured the TAPPS 2A 2026 state golf title at Cottonwood Creek Golf Course in Waco on April 20-21.
St. Paul shot a 354 on April 20 and then a 188, playing only nine holes on April 21 due to weather.
Faith Brown shot 80-44-124 for third medalist and was named to the All-State Team.
Riley Mozisek carded an 86-46-132 for seventh and also made the All-State Team.
Audrey Thibodeaux was 14th with 97-47-144.
Skylar Mozisek scored 91-57-148 for 18th and Reese Seibert shot 106-51-156 for No. 23.
The Cardinals scored 388-191-59 for seventh place. 
Clay Watkins led the team with 82-139-121 for sixth and a place n the All-State Team.
Levi Morkovsky scored 86-46-132 for No. 18.
Michae DeSarro shot 110-49-159 for No. 43.
Rylan Jalufka carded 110-61-171 for No. 44 and Eli Barton recorded 116-57-173 for No. 45.
