Yoakum football: Garvin throws a touchdown pass during action in 2022 season for Angelo State

oakum grad Hagen Garvin played in six total games for San Angelo State Rams football team in the 2022 season.
In the season opener against Chadron State Sept. 1, Garvin was 0-for-1 passing for 0 yards as Angelo State won their season opener 35-0.
Garvin next played in the Lonestar Conference game at Western Oregon, going 0-for-1 for 0 yards throwing in the 30-7 Ram win on Oct 1.
He played in the Oct. 15 conference game at Western New Mexico where he was 1-for-1 with 27 yards and one touchdown, and had one rush for 7 yards in San Angelo State’s 52-13 victory.
Garvin played in the Oct. 22 home conference game against Texas A&M Kingsville, rushing one time for a loss of 8 yards.
He also participated in the home game against Midwestern State (a 37-19 win for ASU) and took part in the NCAA Division II first-round playoff game against Bemidji State as the Rams won 33-7.
Garvin’s totals for the seasons are two rushes for minus one yard and a long rush of seven yards.
He completed one of three passes for 27 yards and one touchdown, a long pass of 27 yards, .33 passing percentage, 27 yards a game and 4.5 yards a completion a game.
Garvin graduated from Yoakum in 2019 and is the son of Amy and Gary Garvin.
