Yoakum track and field: State track and field competitors will compete Thursday morning, evening

The Yoakum track and field team will compete in three total events Thursday at the UIL state meet at Mike A. Meyers Stadium in Austin.
Jayana Phillips wil compete in the triplejump around 9 a.m.
The 400-meter relay team of Jayden Jones, Zachary Taylor Qyion Williams and Kadarius Price will run around 5 p.m.
Phillips will do the 400 around 6:45.
