Ulcak awarded All-American Scholar Award from Catholic Life Insurance

Jackson Ulcak of Shiner, received the Catholic Life Insurance All American Scholar Award. Ulcak, son of Kimberly and Russell Ulcak, is a senior at St. Paul High School. He will attend Blinn College in Brenham this fall.  A total of 35 seniors received the $1,000 All American scholarship from Catholic Life.
