    Members of the Shiner Knights of Columbus Council No. 3081 held their installation of officers on Thursday, June 16. This year’s officers are Grand Knight Mark Yackel; the Rev. Bryan Heyer, chaplain; Matthew Johns, deputy grand knight; Deacon Joe Machacek, chancellor; Dennis Berger, recorder; Michael Moeller, treasurer; Michael Murkowski, lector; Leo Pustka, advocate; Kevin Filip, warden; Robert Bartel, inside guard; Travis Bollom, outside guard; Patrick Pesek, trustee (one year); AJ Cerny, trustee (two years); and Reggie Guettner, trustee (three years).
