Comanches & Well-Oiled Machines

The Comanche Band directors and current drum majors made a presentation at the Texas Bandmasters Association Convention in San Antonio.

The presentation was entitled “Building a Well-Oiled Machine” Develop your small school leadership into a dream team!

“None of the directors had ever presented at a major convention, so this was a new challenge for us,” said Zachary Sims, Shiner band director, on Saturday. “We had a great crowd of band directors from across the state who were receptive and gave great feedback afterward. Thank you to Shiner ISD for supporting our band program, and thank you to our drum majors for taking a BIG step forward with us to present at TBA.”
