Court adopts VA tax rate/ approves budget
Rate set at .5497 cents per $100 valuation
The Lavaca County Commissioners’ Court met Monday morning and adopted the 2025 property tax rate going with the voter approval (VA) tax rate of .5497 per $100 valuation as well as approving the 2025-26 county budget.
