St. Paul golf: Lady Cards win regional golf title

The St. Paul girls golf team won the regional title and the boys came in fourth April 3 at the regional golf tournament in Cottonwood Golf Course in Waco.
Girls
The Lady Cardinals had a team score of 353. Riley Mozisek got first place with a 84, Faith Brown got second with 88 and Reese Seibert tied for third with an 89.
Audrey Thibodeaux carded a 92 for sixth place and Skylar Mozisek had a 99 for ninth place.
Boys
The Cardinals came in fourth place with a score of 393.
Jackson Seibert got fifth place with an 84.
Levi Morkovsky carded a 96; Clay Watkins had a 98; Rylah Jalufka had a 115 and Michael DeSarro scored a 116.
State meet
Both teams were set to compete in the TAPPS state meet this past Monday and Tuesday at Sqaw Valley Apache Links in Glen Rose.
