St. Paul golf: SP boys golf win home tournament

    The St. Paul golf teams competed in the St. Paul Tournament over Spring Break in Gonzales.
    Girls
    The Lady Cardinals came in second place with a team score of  431.
    Anna Reeves carded a 99 and got fifth medalist. Emily Stamport recorded a 106 for ninth medalist; Riley Mozisek finished with a 107 and No. 10 medalist. Mary Sue Filip shot a 119 and Camie Robles had a 121.
    Individually for St. Paul, Audrey Thibodeaux carded a 113 and Erica Hunke had a 120.
    Boys
    The Cardinals won the tournament with a team score of 344.  Trent Brown won first medalist and shot a 78. Nathan Timmons had an 87 and fourth medalist with Vance Lucas getting fifth medalist also with an 87.
    Jackson Seibert finished with a 92 and seventh medalist, and Carson McNabb carded a 98 for No. 10 medalist.
    Individually for St. Paul, Joe Davis got ninth medalist with a 97, Tate Anders shot a 106 and Gus Collins carded a 125.
