Yoakum Baseball:Zaruba to play in two all-star games this month

Yoakum graduate Connor Zaruba will get a couple of more high school games later this month before heading off to college.
The pitcher/infielder has been selected to play in the Coastal Bend All-Star Game on June 12 in Corpus Christi. He was also chosen to play in the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association (THSBCA) High School Baseball All-Star game at the Dell Diamond in Round Rock on June 18.
Zaruba helped lead Yoakum to a district championship and area-round finalists in the 2022 season.
