    The Yoakum Lady Bulldogs varsity kept their great start to district going with a 26-24, 25-13, 18-25, 25-18 win over Hallettsville Friday in Yoakum.
    Addison Pekar had seven kills, two blocks; Macie Blakeney recorded 37 assists, seven digs, two kills; Deazia Rios had 14 digs, three aces, one kill; Destiny Rios added 11 kills, eight digs; Jayana Phillips had 15 kills, six digs; Leah Muenich had one ace, one dig; Madison Gonzales chipped in two aces, two digs one kill; Olivia Fojt had eight digs, two acces; Sam Adamek had eight kills, two blocks, one dig; Macie Williams totalled four kills, four digs, two aces, one block.
    Subvarsity
    Yoakum won the freshman match 25-12, 25-17 and lost the junior varsity match 25-18, 21-25, 16-14.
