Diana Marie Flessner passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2023 in Katy.   Diana was born on Oct.  14, 1946 in Moulton, to Christina Kurtz Dierschke and Jonnie R. Dierschke.  She graduated from Moulton High School and completed her qualifications from Cosmetology School to become a hairdresser.

 Leonella Annie Klekar, 89, of Hallettsville, passed away Saturday, April 8, 2023.   She was born in  Moravia on Jan. 17, 1934, to John V. and Annie Pargac Novak, the oldest of three daughters.   She began her life on a farm in Moravia.

Janice Mullins, of College Station, passed away suddenly on Friday, April 7, 2023.  She was born in Charleston, West Virginia, on Jan. 14, 1946, to Joseph F. Long and June Kennedy Long.

Joseph A. Soto, 73, passed away on Friday, March 31, 2023. He was born December 16, 1949, to Juan Sr. and Maria (Dominguez) Soto. Born in Gonzales but raised in Shiner, as a boy, Joe would help his father with various farm work.

 Michael Goode, 69, of Hallettsville, passed away Sunday,  April 2, 2023.   He was born June 25, 1953 in Hallettsville to Curtis Goode Sr. and Henrietta Williams Goode.   Michael served in the U.S. Army and was retired from the U.S.P.S. as a mail handler.  He was a member of St.

Jeanne Marie McClain, 79, of Schulenburg, passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2023 in Hallettsville. She was born in Houma, Louisiana on July 6, 1943 to Clarence Gene Matherne and Delphine Ann (Cenac) Matherne. On June 28, 1980 she married David Frank McClain Sr.
