Track

Yoakum High School (YHS) student athletes participated in the State Track Meet May 14 in Austin.

In the Girls 200 Meter Dash, YHS 12th grader Jayla Hessler placed fourth with a time of 25.03.

In the Boys 200 Meter Dash, YHS 11th grader Kennan Dilworth placed eighth with a time of 21.97.

In the Boys Triple Jump, YHS 12th grader X’Zavier Barnett placed sixth with a time of 45- 1.50.
