Juvenile airflighted after scooter accident

A traffic accident involving a motorized scooter and a vehicle resulted in the juvenile driver of the scooter to be airflighted to a Houston hospital Thursday afternoon, Feb. 12.

According to the Hallettsville Police Department the accident occurred around 4:25 p.m. when the juvenile on the motorized scooter failed to yield the right of way at the intersection of E. Fifth St. and S. Market St.
