Council rejects Flock cameras, votes yes on Vigilant cameras

The Moulton City Council voted no on the Moulton Police Department’s request to use Flock cameras in the city.Flock cameras are License Plate Reader cameras that capture vehicle details and movements to create a search able database for law enforcement.
