Indianettes fourth at state tournament

WACO – The Indianettes finished fourth at the TAPPS 2A state golf tournament shortened by weather to 27 holes.

The tournament was held at Cottonwood Creek Country Club Monday and Tuesday, April 20-21.

The Indianettes shot a 27-hole of 6-5, two strokes behind San Jacinto Academy. St. Paul garnered the state title, its first since 2023.

Avery Beach was the 9th medalist and shot a 140.
